Happy Birthday, Nanny Carol

We called the Birthday Girl and sang to her...early this morning.
Sang Happy Birthday -
First in English
Then in Chinese

Tonight, we cooked at mom's house...a veggie meal of Bok Choy and spinach (2 separate dishes) -- sautéed with onions and organic chicken sausage.
Served over rice.

We had ice cream for dessert with "hard shell" that the girls made from healthy chocolate and coconut oil.

We'll celebrate all weekend.
We're prone to do just that!!

We love you, mom!!!
